1) How long does your gift wrapping take?
On average, we wrap 8 to 10 personalized gifts an hour. Wrapping times are extended if we need to prepare, fold, or remove tags. Gifts can sometimes be wrapped while you wait, generally they’re ready the same or next day. During the peak holiday season, expect turnaround times up to 48 hours.
2) Do you pick-up and deliver?
Currently we do not offer pick-up and/or delivery service.
3) Do you do rush service?
Rush option is an additional $10 per gift, please allow 15 minutes per gift. Speak to our Concierge for additional details and to set up an appointment.
4) Do you do off-site gift wrapping services
Off-site gift wrapping service is available by appointment only. Rates are $150 per hour with a 1 hour minimum, plus the individual gift wrap rates. Give us a call, we’d be delighted to schedule your appointment.
5) Can I use my own materials and you wrap for me?
Our luxury wrapping paper and ribbons are coordinated to give your recipient a premium visual wrapping experience. We can discuss using your wrapping paper and/or ribbon options with you individually. Speak to our Concierge and let’s work something out.
